We are looking for not-for-profits that would like their website moved across and kept up to date by email, and for one or two web freelancers or agencies who would like to run Quoin sites for their clients.

One of the dressed stones at the corner of a building, laid long and short in turn, that keep the walls straight and true. It is the same word as the coin in your pocket: both come from the French coin, a wedge or corner.

Quoin the product works the same way. A few well-cut rules at the corners hold the whole site square.

Why you can trust it

  • Nothing goes live without a person

    You approve each change, and a named person publishes it. Nobody skips a step, and neither does the agent.

  • Broken changes can’t get through

    Every change is checked automatically before you see it. If something is wrong, it is sent back, not shown to you or your visitors.

  • An email can’t hijack your site

    Emails are read as requests, never as orders. Only people you have approved can ask, and “publish this now” can’t skip the checks.

  • Every change is on the record

    Who asked, what was understood, who approved it and who published it, kept for good.

Nothing to patch

Many small organisations run their website on WordPress, kept going by plugins. In 2025, 11,334 new WordPress vulnerabilities were reported, 42% more than the year before. 96% of them were in plugins, and 43% could be exploited without logging in.

A Quoin site has no plugins, no database and no admin login. It is plain web pages, so there is nothing to patch and nothing to break into.

Who it’s for

Small organisations whose website should be simple, correct and cheap to keep: community groups, clubs, parishes, small charities, and sole traders whose site just needs the right hours and prices. If your site changes every month or so, and the people with the news aren’t the people with the password, Quoin was made for you.

It is not for bespoke, design-led sites, online shops, or anything that needs logins. Changes are prepared by AI agents under human supervision. Nothing reaches your live site until a person merges it, and every change keeps its paper trail.
